Luke Ryker
Founder / CEO
Luke Ryker, is a decorated Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technician, who has personally felt the challenges associated with PTSD, the benefits/challenges of mental health support and how HDPE events can help with both. It has been this success that has driven Mr. Ryker to bring awareness to the challenges/struggles of PTSD, promote benefits of Adaptive Control (AC) exercises and to help Veterans re-create the comradery/brotherhood many have missed since separating from the military.
Prior to TRACK HEROES™, Mr. Ryker served as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Operator where he executed a wide variety of operations including multiple combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan where he earned various medals including the Bronze Star and Combat Action Medal / Badge.
After his Honorable Discharge, Mr. Ryker continued his support for the military by utilizing his C-IED experience to prepare deploying servicemembers. This included curriculum development, training aid production and in the field training exercises. As he progressed in his civilian career, he earned multiple promotions to the position of Vice President, where he oversaw all company Operations and Corporate Development for nearly a decade. These wartime and corporate experiences have helped Mr. Ryker both identify the need for Stigma Free Mental Health support and the ability develop Track Heroes™ to help fill the gap.
